If your job isn’t a physical one, keeping fit can be a challenge. For many people, finding the time to exercise is half the battle. The problem is, too many people don’t realize just how important exercise is to their overall health. Even making small changes, like taking the stairs or parking further from the door at the grocery store can make a difference.
There are also things you can do at work to help keep yourself fit. Try sitting on an exercise ball at your desk, using a printer that requires you to walk across the room, or walking at lunch.
